Our Muay Thai program is a great way to get in shape, learn to fight, build confidence, and have fun. We cater to all levels from first-timers to Amateur & Professional Fighters.

We designed a great martial arts program for kids ages 6–17 based around the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai (KickBoxing). In this class, your children will develop discipline, coordination, strength, and cardio while learning to work in a team environment. And most importantly—have a ton of fun.
We offer the program 3 days a week; please see the schedule below to find the right day/time for your child.

Led by Head Instructor Antonio, our BJJ program is a great way for your kids (ages 6–17) to lose weight and have fun! Also, they will learn self-defense, gain self-confidence & self-esteem!
